Winners of the 2015 Right Cars customer service award goes to the team in the Czech Republic

Every year directors of Right Cars present awards to its branches for various achievements. The customer service award is one of the hardest awards to win, because within the car rental industry its very difficult to please all customers. This years winners are the team from the Czech Republic who as voted by the customers have provided a first class level of customer service. The award was presented by Mr Taylor Co-founder and Managing Director of Right Cars To Barboro and Simona managers of the Right Cars operation in the Czech Republic.

Company Chairman and Co-founder Mr Little had the following to say.

\"Customer service is high priority within our company and all of the branches in 2015 have done exceptionally well, the feed back from customers has been exceptional. The level of customer service achieved by all the branches made the decision as to who would receive the award even more difficult, but we are pleased to finally make the decision to award this years prestigious award, as voted by the customer to the team in the Czech Republic.

As I already mentioned customer service is a priority within our company, and within the car rental industry its very difficult to get the level of feedback we have from customers, but we have achieved it and this shows that customer confidence in the Right Cars brand is growing.
